01Who we are
Platform Technologies LLC (“Platform Technologies”, “we”, “us”) is a software company based in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates. We build ClinicPro, a hospital and clinic management system, and custom software for healthcare and enterprise clients.
We handle personal data in line with UAE Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021 on the Protection of Personal Data and the data governance standards set by the Department of Health Abu Dhabi (DoH), the Dubai Health Authority (DHA) and the Ministry of Health and Prevention (MOHAP).
02Scope of this policy
This policy covers:
- Visitors to this website.
- People who contact us, request a demo or chat with our website assistant.
- Data that our client organisations process in ClinicPro, which is described separately in section 5.
03Information we collect
- Demo and contact requests: your name, organisation, email address, phone number, practice type and any message you choose to send.
- Website assistant: the messages you send to Plato, our website assistant, and the page you were on when you sent them.
- Direct contact: what you share with us by email, phone or WhatsApp.
- Technical data: your IP address and basic request information, which our server uses to deliver pages and to limit abuse of our contact and chat services.
We do not use advertising trackers or third-party analytics on this website.
04How we use it
- To respond to your enquiry and arrange demos.
- To provide, support and improve our services.
- To answer your questions through the website assistant. Messages are sent to an AI service provider to generate a reply, and conversations are logged so our team can follow up.
- To keep our website and services secure.
- To meet our legal and regulatory obligations.
We do not sell personal data.
05Patient data in ClinicPro
Your facility owns its data
Healthcare facilities retain full ownership of all patient and clinical data entered into ClinicPro. Platform Technologies acts as a data processor and handles that data only to provide the service to the facility.
- Anonymized analytics: we may use aggregated, anonymized and de-identified data for product improvement and benchmarking.
- Regulatory exchanges: connections to health information exchanges and payers, such as NABIDH, Malaffi and Riayati, run as configured by the facility.
- Patients: if you are a patient, please contact the healthcare facility that holds your record. It decides how your data is used, and we will support it in responding to you.
07Security
We implement physical, administrative and technical safeguards to protect data against unauthorized access, disclosure or destruction. Enquiry records are stored encrypted, and access to them is limited to authorized staff.
In the event of a data breach affecting client data, we will notify the affected client immediately, as required by UAE law.
08Retention
- Enquiries and chat logs: kept for as long as needed to respond to you and manage our relationship, then deleted or anonymized.
- ClinicPro data: held for the duration of the client agreement. On termination, we provide the client with a copy of its data in a standard format within 30 days of request.
09Your rights
Subject to UAE law, you may ask us to:
- Tell you what personal data we hold about you and provide a copy.
- Correct data that is inaccurate or incomplete.
- Delete your data, or restrict or stop its processing.
To make a request, contact us using the details in section 12. We may need to verify your identity first.
10Browser storage
This website stores a few small items in your browser: your light or dark theme preference, your language choice, and the state of your current chat with the website assistant, which is cleared when you close the tab. None of them is used for tracking or advertising.
11Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top of this page shows when it was last changed.
